How it works
Write habits in the chart
Type in the first column. Up to eight habits fit a printed page. Renaming a habit keeps its marks; small, concrete habits (“Read ten pages”) are easier to tick than goals.
Tick, then look at the numbers
Each row shows how many days are done so far in this view and the current streak, counted back from today. Today’s column is outlined so you always know where you are.
Move through time
Use the arrows to go to last month or next week. Everything you mark is kept by date, so any view of the same day shows the same ticks.
Run a challenge
Choose Challenge for a 7, 14, 21 or 30-day run from any start date, such as a 30-day reading challenge that begins today rather than on the 1st. Its ticks are the same dated marks, so they also appear in the month and year views.
Print the way you use it
Print a blank month to hang on the wall, or a filled one to look back on. Landscape, 100% scale. The CSV and backup are for spreadsheets and for moving to another device.

Frequently asked questions
Is my habit data uploaded?
No. The tracker runs in your browser and keeps your habits and marks in this browser's local storage. Use Back up to download a copy you can restore on another device.
How is a streak counted?
A streak is the number of days in a row the habit is marked, counting back from today. If today is not marked yet, the count starts from yesterday, so a streak is not broken before the day is over.
What is year in pixels?
A twelve-row calendar where each square is one day. Track one habit or a full year of mood colours on a single page.
Can I track a 30-day challenge that starts today?
Yes. Choose Challenge, pick the start date and a length of 7, 14, 21 or 30 days. The chart shows exactly those days, counts done days and streaks, and prints on one page like the month view.
Can I print a blank chart without losing my marks?
Yes. Choose Blank chart under Print and your marks stay saved; only the printout is empty.
What happens to my marks if I rename a habit?
They move with it. Renaming a habit in the chart carries every mark to the new name.
